Educators in Jewish Schools Study (2008)
Conducted by JESNA, this report is based on a national survey that explored four primary topics: 1) who teaches in Jewish schools, 2) what motivated educators to choose their careers, 3) how they feel about their current positions, and 4) what keeps them working in the field. Based on responses from more than 1500 educators and 130 administrators, this report provides a vivid snapshot of teachers in the field today.
